Jezper Soderlund, better known by the pseudonym Airbase, is a Swedish DJ and producer. Since childhood, surrounded by creative people from the world of music. His father was a musician, and his brother was engaged in the corresponding business.
In 1992, Jazper first heard 2Unlimited and IceMC. Their work conquered him. Since then, he writes his own music on computer programs. Mastering increasingly complex trackers, he honed his personal style. The first works were distributed absolutely free on the Internet. Thus, Airbase gained its first fans.
The popular program Propellerhead Reason 1.0 helped the talented producer finally find his own style. These are melodic compositions in combination with energetic auxiliary parts. Soderlund signed his first commercial contract with AlphabetCity. In 2002, the singles “Emotion” and “Genie” took Airbase to the world trance scene. Thanks to these works, Jazper received contracts from AlphabetCity, Armada, Platipus, MondoRecords, KompressedRecords, GestureMusic and BeYourselfMusic. The next few years he was releasing remixes of the world's best DJs on the world.
In 2005, Airbase′s collaboration with Andry, entitled “Widescreen,” became the anthem of the SensationWhite festival in Belgium. The next hit - Escape - received the Tune of the Week award in the ASOT 220 radio show. The work also took 5th place in A State Of Trance TOP-20.
Airbase sets can be heard on the Intuition radio show on ETN.fm. His performance on the anniversary, hundredth issue was especially remembered. Jezper Soderlund is also a co-owner of the popular trance music resource - www.trance.nu.
